Bangladesh has to appear in the qualifying round, that is, Round 1 of the tournament. Bangladesh is in Group B, where they will have to face Scotland, PNG, and the Co-hosts Oman. For Bangladesh, the group seems to be very easy to go through to the Super 12 round.
Bangladesh will T20 World Cup campaign against Scotland. Scotland is one of the most experienced teams of Group B after Bangladesh. Beating Scotland will pave their way to the next round.
Though the team will appear in round one, Bangladesh was not in the top eight teams when the schedule for the T20 World Cup was announced. It was a bit worrying for the team and management at that time.
But now the team will set out for the world cup on a high as team Bangladesh beat Australia 4-1 in a home series. After that, they clash with New Zealand as well. They are leading the series 3-1. The last match will be played tomorrow, but the series has already been decided. So the team’s confidence will be touching the sky.

The young fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman will try to impress everyone with his deadly bowling. The recent series was a good one for him. His figures were outstanding in the 2016 world edition. He took nine wickets with an average of 16.6 at the 2016 T20 World Cup.
Tamim Iqbal is not playing in the world cup because he wants the young blood to have a chance to prove themselves. We are looking forward to seeing Bangladesh in action. The team is likely to qualify for the Super 12s of the meng event T20 World Cup 2021.
