Australia leads the list of ICC champions with the most consistency. But this is in ODIs, the situation is much different in ICC T20 World Events. The Australians are the ones who dislike this format the most. At first, they didn’t take it seriously. Now, however, Australian authorities are very concerned about the issue.
Australia is the team that never won the ICC T20 title till now. It is impossible for a team with this reputation to underperform for long periods of time. So, this might be the tournament that Australia has kept its eye on.
Australia is kept in group 1 of the Men’s T20 World Cup 2021. The other teams in the group are South Africa, West Indies, and England. Two more teams in this group will be selected in the qualifying round.

In 2010 World ICC T20 Event, Australia beat Pakistan by chasing a huge total of 193 in the Semi-final. But in the final they finished off well and lost to England. The first time England was listed among the champions in history.
